Sacrena is committed to maintaining a safe platform free from child exploitation, abuse, or any form of harm to minors. This policy outlines the standards we uphold to protect children and prevent Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Violations of this policy will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
Child Safety Standards
Profile Content & Media Guidelines
- Photos of children alone are not permitted. If you include images of children, they must be fully clothed and accompanied by an adult.
- Avoid sharing personal information about minors (e.g., names, schools, locations) in your profile or messages.
- Discussions about children must remain appropriate and lawful. Any content that sexualizes or exploits minors is strictly prohibited.
- Users may not create accounts on behalf of minors. Sacrena is for users 18 and older.
User Conduct & Interaction
- Any attempt to communicate with or lure minors through our platform is prohibited.
- Users engaging in inappropriate conversations regarding children will be subject to immediate investigation and action.
- Any behavior that promotes child exploitation, grooming, or trafficking will be reported to authorities.
Reporting & Enforcement
- Users can report profiles or content that may pose risks to minors.
- Sacrena will investigate all reports and take necessary action, including content removal, user bans, and legal referrals.
Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE) Prevention Policy
Sacrena enforces a strictzero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:
Prohibited Content & Behavior
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) - Any content that depicts or promotes the sexual exploitation of minors.
- Sexualization of Minors - Content that objectifies or sexualizes children in any way.
- Grooming Behavior - Attempts to manipulate or build trust with minors for sexual exploitation.
- Links to Third-Party CSAE Content - Sharing external links that promote or contain CSAE-related content.
Mandatory Reporting & Law Enforcement Cooperation
- All CSAE violations will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
- Sacrena will fully cooperate withlaw enforcement agencies globally to identify and remove offenders.
- Any evidence of CSAE activity will be preserved and shared with the appropriate authorities.
User Responsibilities & Legal Implications
- Users who post, share, or engage in CSAE-related activities will face permanent bans and legal action.
- Underapplicable laws, knowingly filing false CSAE reports may result in legal consequences.
- If a user is unsure whether content violates this policy, they shouldreport it for review orconsult an attorney.
How to Report Child Safety Violations
If you suspect child exploitation or abuse on Sacrena, please report it immediately by:
- Using the in-app reporting feature.
- Emailing legal@sacrena.com with details.
- Reporting directly to NCMEC at https://www.missingkids.org/.
